Thank you for shopping with Creative Sound Apparel! We’re grateful for your support and excited to create something unique just for you.
Because every item is made to order, we have specific policies in place to ensure clarity and fairness. Please read the following terms before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
At Creative Sound Apparel, each piece is custom-made specifically for you. To help reduce textile waste and avoid unnecessary warehousing, all products are printed, fulfilled, and shipped on a per-order basis.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for issues related to sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that things happen, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us at info@creativesoundapparel.net within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed that the item qualifies for a replacement, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please do not return any items until you receive these instructions, as returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Shipping & Returns for Damaged Items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit.
- We cannot process or guarantee refunds or exchanges until your damaged item has been received and approved.
